Torakichi Ramen is amazing! Everything on the menu is delicious. The space is cozy and inviting located in an unsuspecting spot next to Goodies, Staples, Lowes corner of Gene Autry and Ramon. The service is friendly and attentive and with several options for Ramen including a vegetarian ramen. The black garlic and spicy chicken ramen are our favorites but don't skip appetizers. The potato croquettes and dumplings and seaweed salad and and just order everything. If you haven't tried Torakichi do it ASAP!

My partner and I are visiting Palm Springs for vacation and were craving ramen. We saw this place on our drive to the tramway and were interested. We walked in around 5:30 and immediately got seated. Our waiter was kind but did forget about a few of our items. He was very apologetic though when we mentioned our missing items to him, and he did check in on us and provided us with extra napkins when he saw our spicy ramen was getting to us haha. The food itself was great. The appetizers we got, the spring rolls and spicy edamame, were both decent but nothing amazing. However, the ramen is delicious. I got the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen and my partner got the Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen (level 2) and both were flavorful and delicious. Would come back again if we were in the area :)

I had a healthcare convention nearby and i just wanted simple for myself and my roommate for the night. Something quick, not so crowded and also quality food. While my coworkers were out looking for something fancy, we opted for this. It was about 10 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel. There was quite a long line outside, but we managed to get seated in 5 minutes. I got the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen, my roommate got the regular Tonkotsu Ramen and we also got the Gyoza and the Ebi Fry. They were all good, but I really enjoyed the Ebi Fry. It was cooked fresh and just right and had a really good crunch and fairly seasoned with each bite. When we got sat at our table, more people came in. It was packed and a line was formed outside. Even with the crowd, it was a pretty chill place. Not too crazy and a pretty quaint sit-down setting. I recommend it and Im definitely coming back.

Another great find for some ramen at this hard to find place as it is tucked away in a corner outer perimeter of a strip mall. Torakichi can best be described as having some great ramen which hits the mark on a cool chilly evening. Service is quick at this small unpretentious restaurant which seats around no more than 40 people. Pictured is the spicy tonkatsu ramen which was very good. Coming from an area where there is a large Asian population I rate the ramen and karage which is not pictured an overall four stars.

Today was my friend's birthday so I took him to his favorite spot, Torakichi Ramen. We ordered the Tonkatsu ramen, Tonkatsu ramen with the garlic oil, squid legs, and the octopus balls with Benito flakes on top. Food is always good here but I wasn't a fan of the octopus balls. The ramen had a thick flavorful broth. So delicious! Our server was Will. Excellent service, very very attentive even though it was packed, and has a great personality. If Will serves you, he gives off this great vibe and great energy. Thank you Will...see you soon!

We were on vacation for the weekend. On our way back to the hotel we had decided to have lunch but didn't know where. As we were driving, the kids pointed to this place. as soon as we walked in, we were greeted. we were given options and recommendations as it was our first time in a Japanese style restaurant. The meal was perfect. I didn't have anything to compare it to, but if I had, this place would be it. IT WAS A HIT. Came out hot. Came out delicious. Went down smooth. Our server was top notch. We had ordered the veggie dumplings. We jokingly told him there was only one in our dish, and I asked for another order. These were fantastic.

First-timer here. I got the Spicy Tonkostu Ramen at the spiciest level (not too spicy for me though lol). My partner got the regular tonkostu ramen. They were both tasty but the regular was my favorite! I'm looking forward to going back and try their other ramens and foods. We also tried their galaxy strawberry drink. It was way too sweet for me since the base for it is soda but definitely very pretty lol. The staff was kind and attentive.
